I think you&#039;re bang on about the issue of trust, which I thought came out strongly from the debate, especially with so many contributors from the audience talking about personal contacts shaping their purchasing decisions. With so much gaming of Google&#039;s algorithm, I do wonder whether the review sites may gain ground.
