And what I really want to know is this: at http://twitter.com/habitatuk it says they are following 4 people, yet there are more than 4 followee's in the sidebar. Then when you click on the followers, you only get one - Innocent Drinks. So are they following lots? Four? One?

I'm not so forgiving: the apology took too long to turn up and whoever was advising them on this in the first place should have spotted that it wasn't on, so they either have a muppet in house or hired a muppet to do this.

Also, the apology appeared at 1pm-ish today after the mainstream media picked up on it - even though there's been outrage for a good 24 hours before that - so that suggests to me there's been a case of 'oh no, big media on it now, we better apologise'.

At least they did apologise. I'll give them that.
