Research: The importance of online brand engagement
Razorfish has released some interesting research today that warrants a closer look. It is a survey of 1,000 US consumers, but I think the findings are useful for UK brands too.
The respondents are web savvy or, as Razorfish terms them, ‘connected consumers’. Many of the responses were fairly predictable, but there are a couple that were surprising, either because the results were higher or lower than you might expect:
